During our initial consultation, we ask you to describe the kind of experience you would like us to produce.
As you talk, we listen with a ”third ear” to pick up the nuances of your feelings, your vision, your personal preferences and interests for your event.
We learn the date, number of people, and other pertinent details as well as anything special that you would like us to do or add. Then we describe our services and explore some of the ways in which your vision can be translated into a distinctive and memorable gathering.
At the conclusion of the call, we have a clear picture of precisely what you’re looking for.
Then we go to work designing your event.

Every region in Vermont has its own distinct offerings. Over the last dozen years we have explored the local artisans and sampled their gourmet products. One area may produce a superior late harvest wine another may be known for its creamy soft goat cheeses. It is this intimate familiarity with local offerings that allows us to create events of unmatched distinction.
Once we’ve explored various themes and ideas and arrived at our best options, we create an initial concept and budget. If that’s to your liking, we meet with you and talk through the event. From that, you’ll have a clear idea of the services that we will provide. This is also another opportunity to work together to fine-tune the proceedings.
Once all the details are in place and the big day arrives, we manage every detail from beginning to end to make sure the event unfolds just the way you dreamed and hoped it would.
